I had to take a shot with just the tires, because as we know, it's all about the tires.

my trusty hookI used to cruise the river behind my house for pleasure all the time. Old tires never bothered me. Then I made the mistake of picking one out of the river, and now I can't help myself if I see one below my boat. Gotta get it.

Now that the river is summer-shallow, they are easier to spot and haul out with my trusty hook. Why not. it gets me out in my boat, and that's the best thing of all.

All seven tires fit into the back of my Ford Focus,. I folded the backseats up, and covered all upholstery with a tarp first. Then off to the tire pile at the local body shop, where they will be picked up and sent to Minto for recycling.
